Walk & Talk Social

This FREE walk is suitable for ALL - Mothers, Expectant Mothers, Fathers and Grandparents too!

The walk is for 1 hour starting and finishing at the Uphill Cafe (Optional) for a warm drink and snack (or lunch!)

Kiddies of all ages are welcome, and it is buggy, sling and trike friendly. I will be there with my two boys (apologies in advance!) the 4 year old will probably be in the buggy and my 2 year old will most likely be walking... so the pace is suitable for little legs too.

Being outside just for an hour has huge mental health benefits not just for you but your little ones too. Come rain or shine I will be there. You will also meet some wonderful people who are going the same things you are, sleepless nights, teething, tantrums... sometimes it's nice to know we aren't alone in this!

These walks are free but I do ask you book a space so I know numbers and if we are waiting for anyone.
